job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaintain and update client and transaction databases Ensure all required documents are collected, completed, and submitted accurately and on time. Monitor and manage deadlines Due Diligence : Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Transaction Support : Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and other materials for internal and external presentations. Coordinate with executive level professionals during the transaction process. Financial Modeling : Build and maintain complex financial models Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field, with exposure to M&A transactions preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel, as well as experience with financial databases Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required. Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ethical Standards : High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

As a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Transaction Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the M&A team through providing administrative support to the team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
