As a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Transaction Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the M&A team through providing administrative support to the team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location : Clarksville, TN

Responsibilities :
Maintain and update client and transaction databasesEnsure all required documents are collected, completed, and submitted accurately and on time.Monitor and manage deadlinesDue Diligence : Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Transaction Support : Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and other materials for internal and external presentations. Coordinate with executive level professionals during the transaction process.Financial Modeling : Build and maintain complex financial modelsReporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior managementProject Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.Performs other related duties as assigned.Education and Certification :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.OR
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field, with exposure to M&A transactions preferred.Qualifications :
Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel, as well as experience with financial databasesAnalytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Ethical Standards : High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.Physical Requirements :
