Terminal Operations Supervisor - Urgently Hiring!

The Dispatch Supervisor for Stellantis Transport will be responsible for managing dispatchers and truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials in a fast-paced unionized environment. The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for ensuring team safety, allocating manpower and equipment, working with the plants to prioritize deliveries, analyzing shift performance, and implementing process improvements. The Dispatch Supervisor will be cross-trained for the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor position for personal and professional development and to support the Stellantis Transport team environment.

Additional job responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Ensure customer needs are met, deliveries are timely and plant yards are managed
• Lead team morale, problem-solving activities and manage employee attendance
• Ensure the right allocation of manpower and equipment
