Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote care to patients aligned with harm reduction principles

Prescribe buprenorphine-based medications and manage patient care independently

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and participate in structured onboarding

Required Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing

Interest in full-time work (30-40 hours / week) with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time

Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice

Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
