What We're Looking For :
As the Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic value across the organization. Your role involves managing complex IT projects from initiation to close out, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver results, support Project Management Office (PMO) governance and reporting, and champion the adoption of standardized project management practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the IT Project Management Office.

Lead cross-functional IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and budgetCollaborate with IT and business leaders to define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and resource needsManage complex, high-visibility initiatives involving multiple teams and interdependent workstreamsDrive execution by coordinating efforts across internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter expertsProactively manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycleCommunicate progress clearly and consistently to stakeholders of all levels including senior leadershipEnsure compliance with governance standards, documentation requirements, and audit readinessSupport the development and evolution of PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve project executionContribute to intake and prioritization by evaluating new requests and estimating scope and effortPromote alignment across teams by modeling and reinforcing standard project practices and cross-functional collaborationMentor and coach less experienced team members to build on organizational project management capabilityIdentify and drive improvements in project outcomes, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder engagement across the portfolioYour Qualifications Include :
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years working within a project management office (PMO) environmentProven experience in leading IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, SaaS / Cloud implementations, security initiatives, system integrations, etc.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and cross-functional dependenciesExperience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, including senior leadershipFamiliarity with intake, prioritization, and portfolio reporting processes within a maturing PMOPrior experience coaching and mentoring less experienced project team members or project managersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow SPM, etc.Preferred :
Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)Experience working in IT management and / or operations, including infrastructure, network, or security engineeringFamiliarity with operations in the hospitality industrySalary range for this position, based on experience, is $108,000.00 to $135,000.00.
