Standard Work Schedule :

  • Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
  • Position Summary :

    The Sr Service Technician is an important part of the team, as they will assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.

    Position Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
  • Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
  • Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
  • Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
  • Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations
  • Handle new system start-ups, first-year warranty issues, and service calls.
  • Assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.
  • Assist with training service technicians on new services, equipment and issues.
  • Available to answer questions from service technicians regarding diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee and / or assist with after-hours calls as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Required : 5+ years’ service experience.
  • Required : High School diploma or GED.
  • Required : Valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred : EPA Certification a plus.
  • Preferred : New construction experience a plus.
  • Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
  • Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
