Standard Work Schedule :

Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

Position Summary :

The Sr Service Technician is an important part of the team, as they will assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.

Position Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.

Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.

Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.

Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.

Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations

Handle new system start-ups, first-year warranty issues, and service calls.

Assist with all phases and types of new construction jobs.

Assist with training service technicians on new services, equipment and issues.

Available to answer questions from service technicians regarding diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Oversee and / or assist with after-hours calls as needed.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required : 5+ years’ service experience.

Required : High School diploma or GED.

Required : Valid driver’s license.

Preferred : EPA Certification a plus.

Preferred : New construction experience a plus.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.

Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
