Advantage Care Solutions is a Medicare certified, ACHC accredited home health agency. We are looking for experienced RNs and LPNs to join our team of compassionate clinicians. We cover Seminole and Orange Counties. Candidates must be knowledgeable of the OASIS data set. Home health experience is required .

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as a Home Health RN
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with geriatric population is a plus!
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with 2 or more years of experience in Home health or as LPN
