Responsibilities :

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to :

• Manage, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but is not limited to customer service, carwash programs, and safety
• Create and enforce Carwash employees' schedules to optimize labor
• Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest the best course of action about stocking the wash with necessary chemicals and spare parts
• Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
• Develop weekly management reports
• Maintain a safe wash environment
• Support employees during high traffic
• Administer customer damage claims
• Work with other employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
• Perform other duties as required and / or assigned
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Expected to work Saturdays

Qualifications

Car wash experience preferred.  Management skills are required
