Your Role

Lead Attorney – Family Law

Minimum 2 years of experience in family law. Lead, direct, and inspire a paralegal according to our core values. Draft legal documents, manage case files, and collaborate with clients and court staff (Gwinnett County Superior Court). Delegate tasks to junior attorneys, law school students, JD graduates, and interns. Progress along the firm's career path to improve delegation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, perform research, provide advice, and work with paralegals to help clients achieve their goals.
• Attend court hearings and trials, manage files, collaborate with and learn from other attorneys to improve skills.
• Use reasoning, empathy, experience, compassion and negotiation skills to resolve family issues.
