We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that range from corporate functions to community gatherings.

Salary Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Location :   Houston,TX

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of events including conferences, workshops, and corporate meetings.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Help develop event marketing materials and promote events through various channels.
• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective planning.
• Support on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
