Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVACR Technical Advisor / Trainer located in Grand Junction, CO. The Technical Advisor / Trainer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, delivering training sessions, communicating with customers, and offering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve analytical tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Technical Support knowledge
• Will need to work with computer systems and software related to HVAC / R
• Proven ability in delivering training sessions on HVACR systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site within Grand Junction, CO
• Will require some travel (up to 25%)
• Provide periodic training to our customers and dealers on current and future technologies
• Experience in the HVACR industry is required
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVACR systems
