Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and parenting cases with empathy and skill.
• Collaborate with teammates (attorneys, paralegals, client specialists) who actually collaborate.
• Negotiate and litigate when needed, always keeping client outcomes at the center.
• Stay organized and efficient with the help of Modern Law's advanced systems.
• Participate in our Pro Bono Day Programs.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

$125,000+ DOE, plus bonuses.
