Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details : \n

  • Work in a 5 procedure room endoscopy unit with 1 : 1 patient ratios

    • \n

  • Day shift position with 15 total staff members (5 RNs and 5 endo techs)

    • \n

  • Night shift available on call only basis

    • \n

  • Approximately 4-7 days of call per month required

    • \n

  • Must have experience with colonoscopy procedures

    • \n

  • Must have experience with EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy)

    • \n

  • Must have experience with ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)

    • \n

  • Must have experience with EUS (endoscopic ultrasound)

    • \n

  • Must have experience with ION / bronchoscopy / EBUS procedures

    • \n

  • Must have experience with endoscope reprocessing

    • \n

  • Typical procedures include ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy / EUS / EBUS, and EGD / colonoscopy

    • \n

  • Electronic medical records system : Meditech

    • \n

  • Located on 1st floor of Tower B

    This healthcare facility features a specialized endoscopy unit with 5 procedure rooms designed for comprehensive gastrointestinal and pulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The facility maintains advanced endoscopic equipment and follows strict reprocessing protocols to ensure patient safety. The unit specializes in complex procedures including ERCP, EUS, and bronchoscopy services, providing comprehensive diagnostic and interventional endoscopic care to patients.
