Overview

GFI Mid Atlantic – Ashland, VA

  • Full Time
  • High School or GED required
  • $16.00 - $22.00 hourly

Job posting dates : 09 / 10 / 2025 – 11 / 10 / 2025

Responsibilities

  • Unload, receive, and place incoming inventory items away.
  • Operate an RF handheld device to scan, pull, and pack items to fulfill orders.
  • View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks.
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets for delivery.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs; carry up to 50 lbs; push / pull up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in refrigerated / freezer environments (0 - 36°F).
  • Ascend / descend stairs up to 10 inches high.
  • Excellent communication, ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Standing for long periods; reach and bend.

    • Preferred but not required

  • Previous warehouse or cold storage experience.
  • RF handheld device experience.
  • Pallet jack experience or stand-up forklift certification.
