PROJECT ENGINEER

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Reports to : Project Engineer

Compensation : $110 - $130K + bonus

Your Role :

As a Project Engineer, youll lead project teams and coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. Youll act as the primary point of contact for clients, jurisdictional agencies, and internal project teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through construction. If you enjoy guiding teams, solving complex technical challenges, and seeing projects come to life, this is the role for you.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and mentor project team including E.I.T.s, CAD Designers, Technicians, sub-consultants, and contractors to deliver successful projects.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Coordinate construction phase services, including site visits, bids, submittals, and pay applications.
• Identify, interpret, and resolve technical issues with minimal oversight.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain professional and ethical interactions with clients, teams, and partners.
