Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify customer needs and develop strategies to enhance the trading experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management focused on active traders in the financial services industry
Extensive background in trading options, futures, and equities
Clear understanding of regulatory limitations in the financial sector
Experience with product management best practices in an agile environment
