Job Description

Align Life Center is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team. This rewarding position provides the opportunity to work with individuals who are part of the developmentally disabled community.

Minimum Requirements

  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and reference check
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Caring, customer service driven nature
  • Ability to pass meds is preferred
  • Special Needs / MI / DD experience a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals in our facility
  • Utilize first aid skills when necessary and maintain patient observation
  • Foster social interactions and engagement with our guests
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion in all interactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in shared
  • Utilize caregiving skills to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities

    • Monday - Friday

    7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

    40 hours per week
