ROLE OVERVIEW :

We're seeking a talented Social Media Graphic Designer & Community Manager who will significantly enhance XAMPLE's digital presence and community engagement. This role is crucial in visually communicating our brand story, engaging with our audience, and nurturing our growing community across social platforms, especially within sports and athlete communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Create visually compelling graphics and content for social media posts, ads, stories, and campaigns.

Engage actively with our community through meaningful interactions, responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and feedback.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align visual and messaging strategies with business goals.

Maintain and enhance a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.

Plan, schedule, and manage comprehensive social media calendars.

Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.

Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and athletes.

Professionally manage and resolve community concerns or negative feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS :

5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, sports, or related sectors.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and social media scheduling tools.

Solid understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize content performance.

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and organizational capabilities.

Genuine passion for fashion, brand development, and building engaging communities.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
