CARTERS Henderson are seeking a Plans Administrator / Pricing & Estimating Coordinator to join the team. This varied role is all about being organised and great with systems and processes, as well as a willingness to learn and adaptability to support the teams' requirements.
You will help our estimators, account managers and pricing teams transform a building plan into a product that is accurately priced to specifications, and ready to build. You'll do this by maintaining and updating the latest information on building plans into our estimating management system. You'll be requesting pricing from suppliers for non-standard stock items and coordinating information from our quantity surveyors and estimating teams to keep things running smoothly.
You will also provide competitive prices and accurate estimates on building materials and products for our trade customers, ensuring our customers are fully prepared for construction while delivering exceptional service standards.
