The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development focused role crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It is designed to enhance your career as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on experiences. Your growth will be supported by a team including your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Benefits
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The actual offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion into a Store Manager position; promotion depends on performance and openings.
