Key Responsibilities
Label short text segments from call-center interactions for sentiment analysis
Identify and categorize emotional valence, arousal, and specific emotions
Contribute to enhancing AI sentiment analysis for improved customer experience
Required Qualifications
Native proficiency in Korean or Japanese
Experience in text annotation or sentiment analysis is preferred
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
