Position Title : Field Sales Market Manager

Position Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation Range : $80k annually plus commission

Location : Dallas, TX

Travel : Frequent travel is typical for this position. Company vehicle will be provided. A valid driver's license and clean DMV is required.

Position Summary :

The role of the Field Sales Market Manager is to lead, inspire and grow our field sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Drive Sonic revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts
• Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline
• Train and manage a growing field sales team
• Understand lead qualification and work with marketing to develop process and accuracy
• Build a sales playbook that will be used to scale and train our growing team
• Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
• Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings
• Be prepared to share knowledge and communicate with cross functional teams
• Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market
• Wear multiple hats : sales strategy, motivational team manager, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
