About the Role
We are seeking an IT Specialist to support our growing team by ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable use of technology across the organization. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical team members. The IT Specialist will play a vital role in keeping our systems running effectively, supporting staff, and implementing solutions that help us operate with excellence as we pursue our mission.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, cloud tools (e.g., Google Workspace), and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
- Understand how AI integrates into your position.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for staff across hardware, software, and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, cloud platforms, and software applications.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions, and device setup.Manage network security, backups, and updates to protect company data.Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions in a way that is understandable to non-technical team members.Research and recommend tools, systems, and process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology supports marketing, sales, publishing, and operations goals.Benefits : This is a full-time (40-50 weekly hours) job which includes the following benefits!
