About the Role
We're hiring a TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and grow TikTok Shop storefronts and creator-driven affiliate campaigns for our portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands .
This role blends social commerce execution , Shopify backend coordination , and influencer / affiliate management . If you're TikTok-savvy, detail-oriented, and love working with creators and content that drives real sales-this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Operations
Launch and manage TikTok Shop storefronts (product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates)Optimize product listings for visibility, SEO, and conversionsStay on top of TikTok Shop trends, tools, and algorithm changesCreator & Affiliate Campaign Support
Assist with sourcing, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators and affiliatesHelp onboard creators and guide them on product knowledge and content expectationsTrack campaign performance using UTM links, dashboards, and analytics platformsContent & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with creators to produce native TikTok content (UGC, reviews, promo videos)Support seasonal launches, promotional pushes, and TikTok live eventsHelp coordinate content calendars aligned with campaign goalsAnalytics & Optimization
Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and creator performanceShare insights and recommendations to improve campaignsIdentify top-performing creators, content formats, and tactics to scaleShopify Backend Support
