Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Physical stamina — ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. Basic math and measurement skills. Solid communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn new technology and production processes. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Previous automotive or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required — training is provided! $20.00 – $22.00 per hour | Training Provided
1st & 2nd Shift | 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Overtime & Weekends as Needed)

What You’ll Do
- Work as part of the production team to build world-class electric vehicles and powertrains.
- Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation .
- Follow standardized operating procedures and quality control requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate across teams — including engineering, quality, and suppliers — to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided).
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety standards and wear required PPE.
