Position Summary : This position will report to the Human Resources Manager. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to help support HR functions to include Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement and Administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves helping others, and wants to learn more about HR and how we support the business.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Recruitment Support : Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Onboarding & Documentation : Assisting with I-9 processing, orientation sessions, and drafting organizational announcement.
• HR Compliance : Supporting training initiatives (e.g., anti-harassment), labor poster compliance, and HR transaction accuracy.
• Employee Engagement : Helping organize company events, approachable & willing to assist employees as needed.
• Administrative Tasks : Maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related reports, and responding to employee queries.
