Prepare detailed cost estimates for Construction projects in the Property industry.
Analyze project requirements, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
Source and evaluate vendor quotes and subcontractor bids.
Maintain and update records of past projects for benchmarking and reference.
Present cost estimates to stakeholders and provide recommendations.
Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure alignment with initial estimates.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering solutions.

A successful Estimator should have :
A strong background in the Construction department of the Property industry.
Proven ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in estimation tools and software.
A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
Competitive salary in the range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually.
