What You'll Be Doing

In this full-time role, you'll work within a specialized unit - Emergency, Operating Room, or Intensive Care - based on your training and interests. In the ER, you'll perform rapid assessments, deliver life-saving interventions, and navigate trauma care alongside physicians and paramedics. In the OR, you'll ensure sterile technique, assist in surgeries, and maintain seamless communication with surgical teams. In the ICU, you'll monitor complex patients, respond swiftly to sudden changes, and manage critical therapies with precision. No matter the unit, you'll advocate for patients, educate families, and help lead the kind of care that patients remember long after discharge.

What We're Looking For

You'll need an active RN license in Wisconsin, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional certifications like PALS and TNCC are highly valued, especially in emergency and intensive care. While critical care or perioperative experience is preferred, we're open to new grads with strong clinical training and a calling to serve in high-acuity environments. Clear communication, emotional resilience, and strong teamwork skills are essential - because here, nursing is a team sport.
