MS Recruiter Position
The MS Recruiter is primarily responsible for locating, selecting, and placing candidates in HCTec's Managed Services business, as well as maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates. Additionally, this position is accountable for ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment and selection process for prospective Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates.
This position is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office and is a full-time in-office position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and / or abilities required.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or other relevant field required.
Experience : 3-5 years recruiting experience in IT field, specifically recruiting service center and credentialed technology professionals. Some experience working in an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred but not required. Working knowledge of technical positions and certifications. Healthcare experience helpful but not explicitly required.
Certifications & Licenses : Valid State Drivers' License

Business Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
Foundational Computer Skills Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
Foundational Communication Simple messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures.

Work Environment and Travel Requirements :
Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and / or hospital environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and / or air.
