Job Description
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician t o join our team.
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician who can do 2 days in clinic and 3 days in the skilled nursing home. No procedures, direct patient care. Preventative visits, acute needs and chronic on going needs. Typically seeing 16 patients per day.
Qualifications
VT License in Family Medicine
BC or BE
Active DEA
BLS
COVID Vaccinated
