Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Advisor and step into the heart of our Family CFO business. At Moneta, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive financial guidance, from investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings, tax strategies, estate planning, and beyond.

Essential Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Team Partners to learn all aspects of Family CFO business.
• Keep Partners informed on team and client issues.
• Manage relationship with CPA, Attorneys, and other third parties on services for clients including access, documents and review and analysis.
• Prepare and / or review financial action plans and notes put together by team members.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Communicate details on clients' financial position, moving into first line communication with client.
• Work with Partners and to facilitate services for clients including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies.
• Operate as Enterprise Service Team liaison working directly with departments on team training, adoption of key processes and strategy implementation.
• Manage team projects such as AUM reporting and due diligence.
• Travel as necessary to meet with clients.
• Build deep, lasting relationships with clients.
• Commit to ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters.
