job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTroubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment and related equipment Knowledge of water re-use systems is desirable Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and the laundry room by performing weekly blowdowns of the equipment and duct work to eliminate the build-up of lint Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help in other areas of the Facilities department when needed Design and implement plans for new installations Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed Must have experience working on Milnor washers and dryers, Chicago Sheet Folder / Ironer, Chicago Towel Folder Must have experience sweating and soldering joints as well as solder repairs on leaking plumbing lines Must have strong problem-solving skills Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take proactive and strategic approach to issues Must have the ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Must have the ability to work as a team or on your own Must be able to communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization Highly organized and detailed Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred Three years' experience in the Facilities Maintenance field in the hospitality or related field preferred Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization Highly organized and detail-oriented

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
