The Business Process Consultant provides process analysis and improvement recommendations for business processes within their area of expertise to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement, design new processes or modify existing ones, and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed documentation of as-is and to-be processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and develop process maps, workflows, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions on newly implemented processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of improved processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $79,700 - $132,900
