The PMR locum tenens opportunity in Connecticut

• Location : Hartford, CT
• Duration : December 2018- June 2019 (per your availability)
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Call Weekends : 1 : 4 (will include rounding 0-4 patients per hour approximately 1-3 hours of time)
• Patients : 18 inpatients as a consult (rehabilitation)
• Scope : Pape / H and P, Clinical staffing and care plan meetings, Weekly care plan documentation
• Optional Procedures : EGM / botox, Joint injection
• Group : 4 other physiatrists, 1 PA, 1 APRN, RN, 4 MAs
• EMR : Epic
• Hospital : 60 beds
• Required : Board certified or board eligible in PMR, Connecticut license
