Chief of Staff to CMO

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for the global marketing organization

Own the full cycle of marketing budget management and serve as the primary interface to Finance

Drive the development of marketing dashboards and performance reports to measure KPIs

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, finance, or chief of staff roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments

Proven success in leading strategic planning and marketing performance measurement

Strong business acumen with the ability to develop financial business cases

Executive presence and high emotional intelligence to influence senior leaders

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
