Job Title – Clinical Director, BCBA

Job Details :

• Directly manages all operational and clinical activity related to the assigned facility or territory
• Supervise, develop, and train all clinical staff, Assistant Clinical Director, supervising BCBA’s, BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians, in day-to-day operational activities on an ongoing basis to monitor their performance
• Supervising all case management of clinical cases within designated facility or territory on a regular basis, monitoring client supervision, staff support, parent trainings, etc.
• Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision of caseload / assigned billable hours.
• Ongoing review of supervision and parent training completed to support each case, etc.
• Maintain client and with policies and procedures manual
• Prepare evaluations to staff, as necessary with Human Resources and Regional Clinical Director
• Independent caseload planning for assigned facility and / or territory on an ongoing basis to ensure appropriate caseload assignment for Assistant Clinical Director, Supervising BCBA’s, BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, and Behavior Consultants.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule throughout that week to support the clinical team and the changing needs of the assigned facility / territory
