Our client, a mid-sized hotel management company, is seeking a Dual Hotel General Manager to join their team. This role will be supporting two hotels that are in a conjoined building in Hawthorne, CA. This property also includes a full-service restaurant and a bistro. Marriott / Hilton AND Dual / Area / Complex experience is required for this role.
We are seeking a high-energy, team-builder for this role. In total, the two hotels make up 340+ rooms. This is a direct hire role at a great salary + bonus potential. If you're interested, let's connect!
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of two hotel properties, ensuring consistent quality and service standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial goals and operational excellence
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff across both hotels
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and the local community
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
