At Nucar Honda , we're expanding our top-performing service team and are looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join us! If you're passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to hear from you. This position offers the opportunity for a 4-day workweek , and an earning potential of up to $100k per year for top performers! Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE, and above average zone performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars , emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership's quality control efforts , ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition.
• Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status.
