LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Healthcare Recruiter for a respected nonprofit healthcare provider that's making a real impactand needs your help finding the right people to support their mission. This is a 4-6 month, onsite opportunity paying $32-$37 / hour and is a great chance for you to roll up your sleeves and grow in full-cycle recruiting. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative, fun-loving team who's ready to mentor you while you help hire the clinical professionals that keep our communities healthy. Contract Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Recruit for a variety of roles, from nurses to caregivers and more
• Source and screen candidates and move them quickly through the process
• Use ADP and Indeed to track and manage applicants
• Coordinate logistics : onboarding, start dates, health exams
• Serve as a resource for candidates throughout the hiring journey
