This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who wants to build and reshape a growing program with the support of an experienced team. Practice Details Schedule : - 2 weeks outpatient pulmonary clinic - 2 weeks inpatient services / procedure days (8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM) - Monday Friday only (no weekends, no call, major holidays observed) Patient Load : Approximately 12-20 patients per day Procedures & Facilities : - Minimally invasive procedures - EBUS required - Ion Bronchoscopy & Navigational Bronchoscopy - 6 Pulmonary Patient Rooms - Pulmonary Functions Lab - Lung Screening Program & Lung Nodule Clinic - Weekly multidisciplinary meetings with radiology & cardiothoracic surgeons for patients with positive results Collaboration & Support : - Large referral base : 400+ hospital-employed primary care & specialty physicians - Multidisciplinary Monthly Tumor Board Meetings - EMR : EPIC - Participation in regional outreach Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Production Bonus Quality Bonus based on goal achievement Supervision Compensation CME Stipend : $5,000 per fiscal year & 80 hours of CME time Paid Time Off : 264 hours per fiscal year Relocation Assistance : Up to $12,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package : - Health, vision, and dental insurance - Short- and long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - 401K & 457B retirement plans - Professional liability insurance provided
