WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Greets team members, members, vendors, and visitors, connecting them with appropriate stake holders. Manages visitors and vendors pass protocol.
  • Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like concierge, reception, room management, A / V support, meeting, and event management.
  • Delivers a positive, best-in-class office experience to team members, members, and vendors.
  • Acts as an ambassador and service leader.
  • Conducts security testing and training pertaining to the Operations Center in order to ensure that each team member has an excellent work experience.
  • Helps manage the overall appearance and function of the building and equipment to ensure team members have an enhanced work experience.

    EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.

    • KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

  • Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be highly detailed.
