LPN / RN Pediatric Home Care (Monongahela) Full Time Overnight, 12 Hour Shifts!

About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 13-year-old male child in the Monongahela area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Ventilator management

Trach care and suctioning

G-tube care and feedings

Seizure monitoring

Medication administration

Assisting with all  Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Monitoring and documentation

Communicating with family and healthcare team

Schedule :

6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric and trach care experience

Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
