A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, configure, and maintain Workday Recruiting and Onboarding systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into HR technology solutions
Drive continuous improvement and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM, with 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting
Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting
Experience leading HRIS projects and working with senior HR leadership
Prior HRIS experience for a publicly traded organization preferred
