Inside Sales Representatives are important members of the Star Nursery team. They provide outstanding customer services and sales assistance to customers. They answer customers' questions, recommend products / materials & provide a safe working / shopping environment.

Job Description :

• Providing quality customer service. Answering customers questions. recommending products and material to our customer to achieve their project needs.
• Follows operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time service
• Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Product knowledge
• Stock checks
• Stocking and labeling
• Signage
• Store upkeep
• Making orders
• Warehouse (receiving and stocking)
