Major Duties And Responsibilities
Provides a positive first impression of the Columbus Civic Center to all guests.
Provides superior customer service to internal and external clients.
Accurately operates the TicketMaster ticketing system processing sales, refunds, and other ticketing concerns.
Handles cash responsibly and accurately.
Communicates positively, efficiently, and courteously with guests.
Problem solved by assisting guests with needs related to seating, ticketing needs, and ticketing accounts.
Works cooperatively and jointly to provide continuous improvement and excellent customer-driven service.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Must have prior money-handling experience, excellent customer service skills and must be able to multitask in high-stress situations.
Minimum Educational And Training Requirements
Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized training in the occupational field, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions and to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years experience or service.
Physical Requirements
The work is typically performed while intermittently sitting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, or crouching. The employee frequently lifts light and heavy objects, climbs ladders, uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and distinguishes between shades of color. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required :
