A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist callers with card activation and troubleshooting
Handle requests for replacement or new cards
Provide program details and savings information
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of call center and customer service experience (retail accepted)
Pharmaceutical Call Center experience preferred
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to successfully complete a background check
