Job Summary
Email & Digital Designer responsible for designing and developing high-quality, visually compelling, and responsive email templates and campaigns using HTML, Figma, and wireframes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive email templates and campaigns.
- Utilize advanced features of HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPScript, Journey Builder, and automation tools.
- Conduct rigorous QA, A / B testing, and rendering validation using tools like Litmus.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to execute brand-aligned campaigns.
- Monitor email performance metrics, interpret analytics, and use insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and personalization.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, accessibility standards, and mobile optimization best practices.
- Build and maintain scalable, modular email templates and support platform migrations.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, creative input, and assist with light web development tasks related to campaign landing pages and microsites.
- Coordinate multiple tasks, manage timelines, and handle revisions to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Qualities
Strong design skills with experience in HTML, CSS, and email frameworks.Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPScript, Journey Builder, and automation tools.Knowledge of email QA tools like Litmus, and email rendering best practices.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret email performance data.Excellent collaboration and communication ability.Experience in compliance regulations and accessibility standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
