Radiology Technologist II Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various radiological procedures, including limited monitoring of patients during procedures and performing specialized radiologic procedures according to departmental protocols.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to learn and perform with our Cerner information system and complete studies in our McKesson PACS system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform radiological procedures, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and computed tomography scans
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed
- Assist radiologists with contrast administration and other tasks as required
- Maintain equipment operation and calibration, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
