job_description.job_card.job_description1-5+ years prior experience “hands on” in plastic injection molding. Forklift experience. Stable work history with emphasis in plastic injection molding. Strong Touble-shooting experience in plastic injection molding and critical thinking. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Ability to continuously use hands, arms and legs, and ability to move the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials. Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours, and to lift and maneuvering up to 50 lbs. repeatedly without physical restrictions. Ability to follow English written instructions. Ability and willingness to follow directions and to work independently. Good verbal communication skills and ability to keep written records of materials worked. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Openwork has partnered with a Plastic Injection Molding company in Greer that is seeking to add a Process Tech to their team.
Salary : $ 18.00-26.00 based on experience.
Shift and Schedule : 3 : 00am - 11 : 30pm 8 hours shift with 30 minutes lunch break. OT weekends (non mandatory).
Job Description :
- Operates plastic injection molding machines, and ensures production orders are executed in a safely manner, with the best quality and efficiency.
- Duties include Operate plastic injection machines, mold changes, color.
- Changes, process troubleshooting, forklift operating, maintain clean work environment, product quality control, follow safety regulations.
- Participates in Production Meetings.
