job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage a crew of 5-6 iron workers Competent in all areas of steel erecting and structural steel processes Enforce safety expectations with all Conco employees at all times Provide coaching and feedback to crew on performance & conduct Work with Craft & Jobsite Superintendent to establish production goals and quality standards Lead crews and hold them accountable to meet production & quality goals on a weekly basis Work with Craft Superintendent & Jobsite Superintendent to manage weekly labor variances Expected to train and develop all crew members 2+ years in a construction management role 5+ years in experience in metal erecting Experience with reading blue prints, ordering materials, and managing inspections Ability to work at ease at elevated heights Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling Comply to all safety rules and regulations Be on time to the job site Have a positive attitude Be a team player Have a strong work ethic All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test Wages are based on experience and performance Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter / fall 7am-3 : 30pm, spring / summer) Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife) Spud Crescent Wrench Bar Red Snips Green Snips Health and dental insurance Flexible medical reimbursement plan 401(k) retirement plan (industry leading) Vacation / holidays Life insurance Training and development opportunities
