ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a member of the Darryl Andrews Insurance Agency team, you will embody our core values : Doing the Right Thing, Prioritizing the Customer, positively impacting our Environment, maintaining a Fanatical Attention to Consistency and Detail, and embracing a Can-Do Attitude. Your role will involve creating exceptional client experiences that contribute to the success and growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ask good questions to learn customer needs.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
